Develop and implement sales strategies to improve stores performance based on data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and implement efficient supply chain and logistics strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing and HR teams to implement campaigns, recruitment strategies, and staff training programs.
Develop training and evaluation plans for employees to ensure a well-prepared team.
Implement and oversee internal procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience: Minimum 5 years in a coordination or management role within a similar industry (retail, FMCG, etc.) , with experience managing a network of stores.
Leadership skills: Ability to motivate and develop teams with a results-oriented approach while fostering individual growth.
Results-driven mindset: Ability to implement and monitor performance indicators, focusing on achieving sales and operational efficiency goals.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. .
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Experience in stock management and inventory control.
Working knowledge of Excel
