We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team. In this dual role, you will provide exceptional customer service and account management by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term client relationships.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our international clientele, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their customer journey. Activities:
Customer engagement & support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Educate customers on our product offerings, focusing on the GMP suite, and provide guidance through onboarding, retention, and renewal processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
- Maintain and update detailed customer records and documentation based on interactions.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct introductory calls and presentations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from customer interactions and suggest product improvements.
Sales & Business Development:
- Manage contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and maintain the existing sales pipeline.
- Prepare pitch materials and documentation to support client engagements.
Knowledge Management:
- Continuously update your expertise on evolving products and digital media trends.
- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base that aids in providing informed customer solutions.
Qualities:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in digital media and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency is essential as most clients are international.
- Solid grasp of customer journeys, sales touch points, and digital marketing platforms, including knowledge of marketing KPIs and social media.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of email communication.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with GMP products is an asset but not required.
