Job Financial Accounting Specialist @ Motexco nou

FOR OUR OFFICE IN IASI, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW COLLEAGUE IN THE FINANCIAL-ACCOUNTING FIELD.

What will help you succeed?

• Higher Economics studies – preferably Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial - accounting field;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel;
• Numerical processing and data interpretation skills;
• Accountability and attention to details;
• English language – advanced level;
• Experience in working with accounting software, preferably ERP integrated systems, although this is not mandatory as we will take care internally to guide you through the SAP specific processes.

Main and specific responsibilities:

• Records, processes and reports operational financial statements related to various business transactions at the company level, in accordance with financial and accounting procedures and policies;
• Daily maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivables;
• Check the accuracy of the information written in the received documents (tax invoice, receipt documents for works or services, orders, internal payment, requests, etc.) ;
• Prepare, verify and record monthly accounting estimates;
• Support for FI department as for the monthly, quarterly and annual specific reporting statements;
• Provides operational financial information and statisitics regarding the company’s business transactions.
