The Challenge

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and execute effective marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and drive brand growth.

Details

• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and identify target audiences.
• Own and optimize the website to improve conversion rates across service pages and landing pages.
• Drive our SEO strategy and execute technical and content-focused improvements.
• Manage our company profiles on matching platforms (e. g. , Clutch, GoodFirms) to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Run PPC campaigns (e. g. , LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to promote landing pages for webinars and lead magnets.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.

About You

Must have:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
• Proven track record: demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e. g. , social media, email, etc.)
• Analytical Skills: data analysis skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in marketing trends and technologies, and implement new strategies as needed.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Previous experience in work with services companies.
• Ability to work independently.
