Responsibilities

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across our website to ensure an engaging and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and experience with HTML and CSS.

• Creation, maintenance, and rollout of Content pages, Recipe content for online shops and the application, Content assets for product detail pages
• Monitoring all websites to ensure all content is being displayed correctly (copy, images, links, site functions etc.) and report issues via tickets.
• Subsidiaries with the maintenance of translations if needed.

Skills

Our ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• E-commerce experience (ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify)
• Experience creating product listing and landing pages, maintaining website content (images, texts e. t. c), setting up and managing promotions, products, pricing.
• Ability to self-organize, priotize and manage tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a multicultural teams
• Creativity and an eye for detail when it comes to setting up content pages
• Experience with CMS like SFCC Page Designer, Typo3, WordPress, HubSpot or similar
• First experience with ticket systems (ideally Jira)
• The ability to quickly familiarize themselves with new systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and windows based systems
• Flexibility in working hours if required (e. g. for live training)
