The Online Project Manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure satisfied customers. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and other aspects of a project.

As Online Project Manager you will be part of the Nobel Financial team, in charge with successfully implementing our strategy and product decisions into our online international remittances product (mobile & web). You will support prioritizing product and customer requirements, and will work closely with software engineers to deliver winning products.


  • Work with internal teams through the full technology project lifecycles to deliver new or updated functionality to consumers, coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives
  • Manage the online product implementation (mobile & web) including prioritization and trade-offs among features, user experience and performance
  • Write software specifications, coordinate design, and guide execution of features
  • Translate roadmap into executable tasks for delivery, thoroughly understand and communicate the business requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
  • Track progress and review project tasks to make sure deadlines are met appropriately
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and business goals
  • Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to business owner and management
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view
  • Promote teamwork through effective communication and leadership
  • Understand the voice of the customers and provide countermeasures to address customer feedback
  • Integrate UX, business goals and technology capabilities into a successful product
  • Support defining and maintaining all implementation processes
  • Coordinate the troubleshooting of the technical issues when the need arises

  • Proven track record in developing and releasing innovative, user-friendly applications (mobile & web)
  • Technical aptitude – ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members
  • Exposure to Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-growing environment
  • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Professional and friendly communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort communicating with business owners, UX and engineering team members at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, innovator, detail-oriented and challenged by accountability = A self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive in problem solving and taking responsibility to continuously improve our results
  • B.A. preferably in Business, Marketing or Computer Science
  • 3+ years’ experience in management, design and release of websites or mobile apps
  • Excellent communication skills a must
  • Strong technology base, with awareness of developing trends and technology solutions
  • English advanced
  • Startup experience with tech products is definitely a plus
  • Experience with mobile and web analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience in banking, fintech or related field is a plus
