THE OPPORTUNITY:

Adore Me is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketplace Merchandising Associate based in Bucharest to join our growing team. Following our 2022 acquisition by Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO), Adore Me is expanding its presence across multiple online marketplaces. This role will focus on ensuring smooth product launches and content consistency across channels, optimizing product visibility, and helping expand product assortment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of marketplace operations, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure a seamless shopping experience on every platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Marketplace Channel Setup & Product Launch:

• Manage the launch and maintenance of Adore Me products across multiple marketplaces (e. g. , Amazon, Zalando, and others).
• Ensure product listings meet each platform's content, image, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and help expand product assortment on marketplaces.

Content Harmonization & Optimization:

• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and visual assets are consistent across all channels.
• Align marketplace content with Adore Me's brand identity.
• Monitor correct product display on third-party platforms

Performance Analysis & Issue Resolution:

• Track and report potential content errors, bugs, or listing issues to prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operational tools.

Communication & Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Maintain direct communication with internal teams regarding product launches, stock updates, and new assortments.
• Work closely with tech, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure efficient marketplace operations.
• Help with operations regarding launching, product merchandising or product feed improvement on Adoreme. com when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing or merchandising
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (e. g. , Amazon, Zalando) and their operations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple product listings across channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with new technologies
• Strong analytical mindset to track and optimize product performance
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Interest in Fashion or Lingerie is a plus
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to adapt fast and work in a constantly changing environment with strong time management skills
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and be autonomous

The job requires working from the office (Bucharest, Cismigiu area)

EXPECTED COMPENSATION RANGE:

• The anticipated Monthly net salary for this position is a maximum of 6000 Ron.
• Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, and education.
