Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to drive real impact through hands-on implementations? We’re looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation Specialist to join our team and work on end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity solutions for clients in Bucharest.

This is a consulting role involving both remote work and on-site presence at the client’s office when required.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical solutions proposed to clients and lead the implementation process (installation, configuration, testing, documentation).
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team by offering technical input during proposal development.
• Deliver cybersecurity projects (PoCs, evaluations, deployments) directly at client sites.
• Maintain internal testing environments and create documentation and case studies.
• Provide Level 2 support during and after implementations.
• Continuously update your technical knowledge and obtain relevant cybersecurity certifications.

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT&C/Cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a similar implementation role.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of one or more cybersecurity solutions (e. g. , SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NIDS, HIDS, UEM).
• Strong networking skills and experience working with Linux systems and virtual machines.
• Experience leading or contributing to complex implementation projects.

🎓 Preferred Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Automation, or any related field with relevant cybersecurity master’s or certifications.
• English proficiency: B2 CEFR or higher.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
