We’re looking for a Customer Support superstar to lead our client success efforts at Blindspot – a fast-growing self-serve advertising platform enabling businesses to run campaigns worldwide.
In this role, you’ll be the champion of customer happiness, managing support operations, solving real-time issues, and gathering insights that shape our product roadmap. Your mission: to increase customer satisfaction (CSAT), loyalty (NPS), and advocacy while identifying and eliminating pain points across the customer journey.
Please note that this is a full time role, in Bucharest, Romania, however working hours are Eastern Standard Timezone (New York City).
Responsibilities
🔧 **Customer Support & Operations**
- Lead and improve daily support processes, ensuring fast, high-quality service across email, chat, or helpdesk systems.
- Handle complex customer queries and act as the go-to escalation point for tricky situations.
📊 **Customer Insights & Optimization**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to boost satisfaction scores (CSAT, NPS).
- Translate data into actionable improvements that streamline the user journey.
- Support client retention by proactively engaging and assisting at-risk accounts.
🤝 **Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the customer voice is heard in product decisions.
- Relay recurring issues and suggestions to inform feature prioritization.
🚀 **Process Improvement & Automation**
- Audit current workflows to find bottlenecks and introduce scalable support practices.
- Implement and optimize support tools (like Zendesk or Intercom) to drive efficiency.
🎯 **Customer Advocacy**
- Foster long-term loyalty by building relationships with power users and key clients.
- Build resources (FAQs, onboarding guides, videos) to empower customers to succeed on their own.
- Identify potential leads and advocate for account growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to assess, resolve, or escalate client issues effectively.
Requirements

- A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot, Pipedrive or similar.
- Data-savvy: you’re confident analyzing customer trends to improve performance.

- Experience in advertising or media platforms.
- Familiarity with the programmatic ad space or digital out-of-home (DOOH) ecosystem.
- Previous startup or scale-up environment experience.
