International B2B Sales Manager
Moldabela, the largest carpet manufacturer in Western Europe since 1980, is looking to expand its team with a dynamic and results-oriented B2B International Sales Manager. This leadership role will be responsible for managing and growing our International Sales Department, focusing on increasing sales and driving business development on international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the international sales team, setting clear targets and driving performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales in existing and new markets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key international clients and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in B2B international sales.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
