Customer Service Agent (Romanian Speaker)
Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in customers’ journey, interacting on a daily basis to guide customers through our processes and products using multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- You are going to be the “face” through every customer’s eyes by handling every single communication according to our values
- You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams across the Organization working for a common goal to ensure excellent customer service
- Being part of a dynamic team, working with more than 100 skilled Customer Service Professionals, will give you the opportunity to share experience with, broaden your knowledge and unleash your potential
Requirements
- Experience and credentials are important, however we care more about character, passion, and work ethic
- A sense of humor helps a lot too
- Your empathy, active listening skills, and a ‘’can do’’attitude will allow you to blend smoothly into the team
- Ability to work in shifts
- Fluency in Romanian
- Good command of English
- Relevant working experience are essential, while knowledge of the Gaming industry would be a plus.
