Sports Content and Social Media Specialist
Role
The Sports Content and Social Media Specialist can create specific content for CRM, CMS, ACQ, Affiliates, Product, Sponsoring projects and take ownership of the presence across Social Media Channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Display campaigns.
Our new member will help our unique team outline the right strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and ultimately brand consideration.
Responsibilities
- Create native content to bring awareness and drive leads and/or other important metrics
- Manage, together with the partners, our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Blog)
- Provide specific creative deliverables to other team members in CRM, CMS, ACQ, Affiliates, Product, Sponsoring
- Coordinate new products communication launches for all verticals, both creative and amplification timeframe
- Analyze and constantly improve front end platform content displayed
- Conduct analytical projects to improve brand tactics and report monthly main KPIs
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising or similar is preferred
- 2-3 years of marketing and content creation experience
- Previous experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SlideShare, etc.)
- Previous experience building audiences either online or offline
- Solid Sports knowledge is a mandatory, eSports knowledge is considered a plus
- Excellent command of Romanian (native speaker) and English language (professional proficiency)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) will be considered a plus
- Creative thinker and process-driven, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices
- Passion and a strong understanding of the industry and our business’ mission
- Attention to detail with ability of thinking and acting fast, upon the events that drive the business
