The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting the market, qualifying potential and building relationships
- Make dynamic sales calls and presentations to customers all over the world
- Proactively manage your customers and leads to achieve your personal sales targets in a strategic and focused manner
- Act as a bridge between internal departments and customers
- Make sure customers are educated on business practices, system tools, and digitalization process
- Maintain and update our customers database according to internal policies and procedures
- Protect and grow the maintenance revenue stream by proactively monitoring the contract base for risk and accurate forecasting
- Check in with our Technical team to organize workflow in order to meet customer timeframes
- Follow-up on overtime risk customers
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit the sales process, by specific requests, and create business scenarios for special inquiries
- Obtain and secure appropriate information to ensure accurate sales process fluency
- Actively contribute to process improvement via constant feedback with our Technical, Operations and Marketing teams, collect testimonials from customers
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports
What we expect from you:
- Highly organized with a very strong background in sales planning and targeting
- Being a proactive go-getter, building prospective relationships with existing and prospect customers
- Excellent presentation skills combined with confidence and laser focus on delivering monthly/annual sales targets
- Have experience in a front facing position, experience in Sales will be considered an advantage
- Strong work ethic and highly capable of working alone
- Team player who understands and works together with the team to achieve business wide sales goals
- Passionate about service excellency
- Be fluent in both Romanian and English
- Good computer literacy
