We expect the candidate to be degree educated and to have 3+ years of relevant work experience in implementing business or accounting software solutions, basic knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial processes, good IT knowledge and interest in IT solutions and display a pro-active, creative and engaging approach to this role.

The role of the Business Manager is to:
- Knowledgeably represent Zipper Services invoice management solutions in local market, at events and customer meetings.
- Coordinate the sales lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for an assigned solution and service area.
- Provide sales offers and agree on contract conditions in a professional manner.
- Be responsible for local operations and top-level service performance towards the clients: solution implementation, post-sales customer support and quality of service.
- Work with marketing, sales, development, and support teams to gather and prioritize user, service, and market requirements for customers.
- Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties, including the government and official bodies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Participates in coordinating the implementation of projects related to the promotion of assigned, marketing agencies, events
- Prepares and performs product/ business solution presentations;
