Job Content Delivery Manager @ Explorado

We’re looking for a Content Delivery Manager to join our growing team here at Explorado. Come help us build the future of eCommerce, completely in-house and from the ground up. Be part of the innovation people will talk about in the future. We mean it!

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and execution (dependencies management, monitoring, control) – defines and execute the monthly calendar for the content creation
• Performs resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
• Works closely with technical team in order to make changes or implement new developments to increase efficiency and work quality
• Works together with Content Manager in order to identify content team needs and provide direction and guidance
• Works with Acquisitions department to ensure timely processing of new products
• Oversees overall tracks and makes sure deadlines and internal KPI’s are met
• Identifies risks in the day-to-day operational tasks and comes up with a solution
• Responsible to act as an escalation point to accelerate problem resolution during enrichment process
• Builds long-term relationships with colleagues from different internal departments

Main requirements:

• Strong cooperation skills and deep team spirit
• Ability to operate across management levels, with a confident, pragmatic and influential management style
• Accountable, organized and multi-task handling skills
• Reliable and innovative
• Intermediate or advanced excel skills are essential
• Strategic thinking in order to make timely decisions based on each situation and company needs
• Agile and with a sense of urgency
