Cerinte:
University (BS or Master) degree in Human resources or relevant field;
Minimum 2-3 year experience in house and / or in a recruitment agency / HR experience;
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
Strong organization and project management skills;
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines;
Ability to utilize market research tools and techniques;
Fluency in English language;
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Responsabilitati:
Handle the end to end recruiting process for white and blue collar positions;
Design job description and interview questions that reflect each position requirements;
Prepares the recruiting strategy for allocated positions;
Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers in order to identify current and future needs to supply proactive recruiting and ensure continuous pipeline of candidates;
Screen candidate to assess skill & culture fit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers;
Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks);
Lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience;
Manage candidate assessment process, evaluate skill level, oversee background / reference checks and any necessary testing;
Organize and facilitate the interview process, keep the close contact between the candidates and hiring managers and provide feedback;
Manage internal database and follow internal procedures and regulations;
Organize and participate in career events and employer branding activities (job fairs and recruiting events);
Prepare reports, company presentations, recruiting strategy according to internal need and requirements.
