The start-up in Brasov is looking for a career starter in the recruitment department!

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcer to join our team in Brasov and work together with our recruiters here and in Germany. As a sourcer, you will assist the recruitment team in finding the best candidates for the open positions, mainly on German market.

Responsibilities

• Searching, identifying and contacting the best candidates by utilizing various channels
• Conduct market researches on request, in the HR field
• Schedule interviews with potential candidates 
• Updating the recruitment database according to the sourcing process
• Other administrative tasks in the recruiting department

Requirements

• You are a faculty graduate
• You have advanced English and German skills
• You are passionate about recruitment and are motivated to start your career as a sourcer
• You are interested in working in a multicultural environment (collaboration with recruiters in all in-tech locations)
