Job Senior Graphic Designer @ International Online Solutions

Responsibilities Overview:

• To define the creative direction of new projects requested by the marketing department
• To manage the team of designers and front-end developers
• Ensuring that the existing projects are developed appropriately by:
• Monitoring consistency in the brands’ visual development
• Collaborating with the development department and providing feedback on the final result
• Testing the web pages on multiple devices ensuring design elements correlate with theresponsive and user focused design principles
• Working efficiently to meet all deadlines

UX responsibilities:

• To follow the UX design principles and to make feasible UX decisions within the scope of theproduct
• Extensively research targeted markets, the industry, latest trends & techniques and pitch thedesign solutions with strong arguments to the team and to the higher management
• To have a user-focused approach when thinking about the functionality and the final look and feeland visual representation of all projects
• To properly evaluate proposed design solution in order to eliminate the possible mismatches withthe needs and/ or development constraints
• To conduct user tests and apply the received feedback

Management responsibilities:

• To give each team member tasks on a daily basis and regularly update the Marketing Manageron the status of the projects
• To constantly review the work submitted by the team members and work on the quality of thedesign and ensure everyone is up to speed
• To make sure the projects follow the timeline that was previously set up with the marketing department
• To assist HR and the Marketing Manager in evaluating candidates for job vacancies in my department
