What will your job be about?

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Maintain and create the products documentation;
• Maintain the company visibility and content in online - websites and social media channels
• Market research against the competitions, new potential clients and new features and services to be included in our portfolio;
• Collaborate with team mates across departments, implement customer feedback, innovate on strategies, and help develop best practices.
• Take on any other responsibilities that may arise in a fast-moving, startup environment.
