As a Junior Web Developer, you need to have

• A basic understanding of plain PHP or JavaScript;
• A good understanding of OOP;
• Basic understanding of software design and architecture, especially MVC;
• Experience with MySQL or any SQL database types;
• A good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON).

These are Nice-to-Haves

• A little working experience (internships and your own projects count);
• Some experience with Laravel or Symphony;
• Some experience with Sass;
• Some experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue. js or React. js.

This is what you are going to LEARN and eventually do on your own

• PHP (mainly Laravel), HTML, CSS and Vue. js;
• Write clean, well structured and commented code;
• Support the development team in finding the best technical solutions;
• Write detailed specifications and follow industry best practices;
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle;
• Attend SCRUM meetings.
