Role Description:
The as we call it, is in the Identity and Access Management work-cell and will be responsible for supporting our Identity and Access Management Platforms. Significant focus will be supporting all aspects of MassMutual’s Identity and Access platforms, with a team-first mentality that celebrates innovation, and creativity.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with vendor partner on technical design and enhancement capabilities to satisfy roadmap and long-term strategy.
- Assess, prioritize, track and test defects, hotfixes, enhancements and platform upgrades.
- Challenge status quo and provide innovative solutions to align with industry standards and begin to steer us to be a leader in this space.
- Partner with IAM architects to meet client requirements for application continuous delivery, business continuity, and performance metrics.
- Ensure appropriate collection and automation of technical requirements based on critical client Identity and Access Management use cases and scenarios.
- Conduct in depth technical IAM research, assessments and performance analysis to support and design technical automated IAM strategies.
- Lead scalability and performance planning for future IAM efforts.
- Plan, verify, and integrate IAM solutions for complex client applications.
- Responsible for technical solutions provided to clients.
- Lead technical project execution to identify and close gaps between proposed and implemented designs.
- Insatiable desire to learn new IAM concepts, techniques, and implementation methods.
- Collaborate and enable the attainment of strategy objectives, including the readiness of the technical platforms to deliver on all strategic efforts.
- Demonstrate a focus on delivery of high quality services as seen through the accuracy, currency and availability of the systems and services within the scope of responsibility.
- Stretch beyond defined boundaries to lend skill and expertise to partner with teams across the organization with a focus on continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience working with IAM platforms such as Active Directory or LDAP or ISIM or ACF2 or any other comparable vendor platforms.
- Direct knowledge of IAM efforts that align with both Cyber Security and Operational Support models, aligning to SOC and NOC business efforts.
- Understanding of 2FA technologies such as RSA or Okta, etc.
- Understanding of Privileged Access platforms.
- Experience with the Saviynt Platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years’ experience working with IAM platforms such as Active Directory or LDAP or ISIM or ACF2 or any other comparable vendor platforms;
- Strong communication skills;
