Your main responsibilities include:
Administrative
- Provide administrative support on a daily basis to the Chief Executive Officer;
- Maintain CEO's calendar;
- Produce or coordinate the production of all meetings documents;
- Update every week documents related to processes;
- Oversee the internal materials, documents and distribution of documentation provided by the banks and for the banks;
- Gain a clear overview of the business in order to continuously provide updated information.
Point of Contact
- Authors and edits communications on behalf of the CEO's office;
- Reviews, filters and prioritizes email, phone calls, correspondence, other materials and requests directed to the CEO’s attention. Aligns CEO’s goals with incoming requests. Responds independently on behalf of the CEO’s and uses judgment in determining which instances/ situations require the personal attention of the CEO;
- Mediate between CEO and clients’ needs, schedule and requests;
Accommodation
- Responsible for setting up project teams with all necessary support materials;
- Source and book suitable venues for the presentations, meetings and organize all requirements;
- Preparing detailed logistics materials and budgets for all projects and activities deployed;
- Preparing reservations and weekend activities where necessary;
- Schedule, coordinate appointments and meetings;
- Make travel arrangements;
We expect you to
- Hold a university degree preferably in business or other similar disciplines;
- Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
- Have Business travel / Event Management background advantageous;
- Take ownership of problems: anticipate potential problems, take pre-emptive action and act quickly to resolve problems;
- Be determinate to get things done. Make things happen & constantly looking for better ways of doing things;
- Adapt successfully to changing situations & environments;
- Possess superior skills in presenting and communicating, planning and organization, writing and reporting;
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work;
