The role would suit an experienced online marketer who is passionate about planning, executing and reporting PPC marketing campaigns.

Our dynamic team in Bacau and Iasi is looking for a Google Ads Specialist. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a paid search, display and re-marketing role and you have been working directly on campaigns where you have played a significant role from start to finish, we’re looking forward to meeting you.

You will perform Google Ads campaign setup, maintenance and optimization for our 30+ US dental clients, new and old Romanian clients, plus our own e-commerce websites, which includes but is not limited to: Campaign Management, Campaign Optimization, Accounts Setup, Tracking Implementation, Accounts Integration, Weekly Reports, etc

ESSENTIAL Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position;
• Superior command of both written and spoken English;
• Google Ads Expert with proven results;
• A/B testing expert;
• Ad copy guru;
• General marketing knowledge;
• Familiar with inbound marketing principles;
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, GSC, Hotjar, etc);
• In-depth experience with Advanced PPC tools (e. g. , Google Ads Editor, Google Ads Keyword Planner, Web Trends, Ispionage, etc);
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads.

It is considered a plus

• Up-to-date Google AdWords certifications
• Advanced Google Analytics
• Facebook Business Manager / Facebook Ads Expert
• Experience with Call Tracking Tools - CallRail or similar software

The Role

• Running regular campaigns and budgets management checks.
• Assisting in the maintenance and monitoring of keywords bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other key account metrics.
• Regular reporting and analysis of PPC campaign performance
• A/b testing ad copy, bid strategies, landing pages.
• Write compelling and unique ad copy, and perform keyword analysis and optimizations.
• Constantly monitor and report performance of campaigns, along with providing recommendations for improvements and performance goals daily.
• New Google Ads accounts setup from scratch and tracking integration.
• Goals setup.
• Liaising closely and regularly with the online & marketing team on all projects.
• Identifying industry trends to optimize spend and performance, responsible for maintaining overall spend-to-revenue ratio in line with target goals.
• Always up-to-date on industry trends.
