Responsibilities
- Operations management for 11 countries cross-Europe, you will be directly coordinating other 11 Country Operations Managers
- Operational life cycle management of both short and long-term deliverables, including but not limited to the planning, coordinating, implementation and tracking of a specific deliverable
- Managing deliverables across international teams and third-party contractors / consultants
- Identify, assess and escalate issues in order to minimize potential project risks
- Implement the vision of the Head of European Development Center in close colaboration with Global Management by creating a detailed execution plan and help determine values, mission and plans for short and long-terms goals
- Assess the effectiveness of the company in the market and make regular efficiency and risk assessments of the economic indicators based on the industry trends and market development
- Creating strategies and work tools which will help our business be more efficient and productive
- Implementing management tools - developing, creating and reviewing operational policies and procedures in international enviroments.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and to do the calculation of the resources required to complete projects delivery
- Offer inspired leadership and support for all employees, enable clear communication channels with all management teams across the region, manage and monitor the staff performance, provide proper training and ensure access to all tools needed for optimal work delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM software.
- Experience in management, operations, leadership and international projects.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and balance sheet.
- Superior computer skills, including MS Office suite.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, expresses ideas and thoughts both verbally and in written form in English.
