Fainser is a company which will offer an alternative way for companies to find, select, negotiate and purchase their products and services. Firms will be able to reduce: labor and material costs; and corporate corruption in purchasing departments, by becoming users on our platform.
Our initial goal is to help by offering to the user the best final price and quality. In other terms, we are providing an effective tool for users to find the best offer, while we are also allowing firms to find contracts or even partners. Just like a social media network, Fainser can facilitate the interaction between businesses.
We are a startup, which will be launched in May. A “Beta” version will be ready in April.
We are currently launching locally; however, we have a plan for scaling it globally. Thus, there will be opportunities for long-term positions and growth. .
Key responsibilities
- Implement digital marketing strategies for B2B.
- Create, monitor and report on marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to generate original ideas and other digital solutions for promotion.
- Act as a project facilitator in all the digital transformation projects.
- Manage digital marketing projects.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable items to improve results.
- Research competitive landscape and market trends to maintain up-to-date information for our Sales, It and management teams.
- Adapt existing marketing and sales materials to different target audiences.
- Assist in “branding the brand”.
- Research and propose approaches to attract users to the platform.
- Help in attracting European Funds.
- Research and help to enroll into funding programs and competitions.
- Research and benchmarking.
- Respect GDPR.
- Collaborate with the IT department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or student in business, marketing or computer science;
- Exceptional English communication skills - both written, verbal and presentation;
- Strong copywriting skills for marketing content and collateral;
- Sharp eye for details and accuracy of information;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Proven ability to develop and manage to a project timeline;
- Solid follow-up skills with the ability to take initiative and be proactive;
- Great people skills with the ability to work across many departments;
- Adaptability to change in an evolving business environment;
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and digital marketing;
- SaaS product experience a plus;
- Romanian Language is a plus;
