Join our Cycleon-Recare team in Mogosoaia (Bucharest area, Romania) as the Customer Service Representative (English language) with a talent and passion for achieving high customer satisfaction & retention.

Job description

To provide best in class customer care services for our clients ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction and retention. At all times Cycleon-Recare will be represented in a customer friendly & professional manner ensuring quality, efficiency and integrity.

You will be:

  • The first line contact for our company regarding our products and dealing with customers.
  • Answering calls and emails regarding customer queries and issues.
  • Working predominantly with UK clients and dealing with other European customers such as in Germany.
  • Handling client complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the agreed time frame.
  • Managing and researching information on Ecommerce platforms such as Ebay, providing your summary and input to the Sales manager.
  • Building long term relationships with your customers and trust through open and clear communication.
  • Liaising with relevant colleagues within Cycleon and Cycleon- Recare in solving client issues.
  • Being critical about existing processes and offer alternatives for improvements.
  • Creating your own standards and structure.
  • Working in systems such as CRM to keep track of queries and best practices.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a customer support role in a commercial international environment.
  • Good business English written and verbal.
  • Passion for dealing with clients and understanding from their point of view, the ability to adapt to different types of characters. Stand your ground but never losing your temper.
  • Customer friendly and professional communication skills.What will give you the edge?
  • Personal touch/feeling when dealing with customers.
  • You have a passion for what you do and enjoy collaborating and working with clients and solving their issues.
  • Familiarity with the E-commerce world (e.g. Amazon, Ebay platforms)
  • Ability to put yourself in the “shoes” of the client.
  • Reliable, trustworthy with a personable approach.
  • Stress resistant and can work under pressure.

After the required service is performed, Cycleon-Recare sells the processed items on their own remarketing platform and other approved B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, ensuring the selling of products is in line with client requirements and delivering brand protection.
