Our Content Management Centre, based in Bucharest, is currently looking for an HR and Office Assistant.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Recruiting for all openings together with the hiring manager
- Keeping track of employees’ paperwork, contracts, employees’ files (together with Accountancy and HR Manager)
- Managing social media accounts
- Internal communications, improving stuff's well-being
- Organizing internal events
- Ensure personnel administration is up to date
- Monthly reports drafting (holiday overview, contract addendums, work contracts, etc)
- Keep perfect track of important company documents (archive/storage)
- Ordering office supplies when necessary
