We have a team of 20 in Bucharest and growing. Romanian market team is running the business in Bucharest - training drivers, solving problems of riders. On top of that we have an international French speaking customer support team located in Bucharest, serving French speaking clients in many other countries and we are about to establish a software engineering team.

We are just moving in to new office at Strada Doctor Niculae D. Staicovici 15 and are looking for a resourceful, clever and friendly

You will:

  • Take care of our office
  • Make sure our office is a nice, friendly and effective place to work at
  • Keep our meeting rooms ready for usage, assist on facilitating meetings
  • Keep in touch with the landlord, cleaning ladies, Internet provider and solve office space related problems
  • Order office supplies and refreshments
  • Generate ideas how to make our office homier, nicer
  • Organize events, celebrations for the team
  • Assist our Country Manager and the Customer Support Team Lead
  • Collect, organize invoices, receipts and forward to accounting
  • Support employees onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes and related documents according to data and templates provided to you, forward info to HR team in Tallinn
  • Coordinate signing of the documents
  • Organize other documents and data
  • Keep in touch with our Headquarter Office Management team in Tallinn
  • Other - because Taxify is a fast developing startup and there is always something around the corner

We really want you to:

  • Care about people and being passionate about helping others
  • Have previous experience in office management what supports getting involved and effective in this role fast
  • Have previous work 2+ years of experience dealing with people and documentation, legal, HR or accounting background is a plus
  • Have a very good attention to detail
  • Have excellent spoken and written Romanian and English, any other language is a plus
  • Be passionate about new technology and communicating with international team
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize and focus
  • Be reliable, punctual, but flexible and creative, friendly and open minded
  • Be delicate with information trusted to you
  • Be tech savvy
