We are looking for a Regional Sales Technician for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of adhesives.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to growth the market in Northern Romania, Republic of Moldova, Hungary, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Preparing annual sales budgets and creating strategies for achieving them;
- Executing plan of action to achieve sales goals;
- Maintaining and expanding when possible, relation with current customers;
- Finding new opportunities by intense and ongoing market research;
- Building relation with new customers and gaining new business;
- Providing continuity by creating visit reports and updating list of sales projects;
- Supporting marketing activities of the organization and participating in events and exhibitions;
- Planning and conducting demonstrations of products, equipment and adhesive application systems being in the portfolio;
- Servicing and repairing equipment used by customers;
- Preparing and building installation used for application of products;
- Conducting trainings on customers’ request and serving them with any other technical consultancy needed in range of product;
- Travelling a lot (also abroad) as basic requirements – counts mainly for SEE area but it can be extended;
- Making logistics arrangements, collecting documents for accountant supplier, order intake.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- 1-2 years’ experience in industrial business, preferably in international B2B organization, in area of: e. g. (sales) engineering;
- Having min. 1 year of experience in customer service, sales or other areas requiring interpersonal skills – gladly seen;
- Driving license (B);
- Fluency in English, any other foreign language is additional value;
- Understanding and knowing CRM system – gladly seen;
- Soft skills: communication & negotiations.
