Candidatul ideal
- 3+ years of previous experience in inside sales, outbound call center, or other relevant professional experience, preferable in a similar industry;
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role;
- Experience working within shared services environment is a plus;
- Experience in managing continuous improvement;
- TeleSales/ TeleMarketing. Channel Partner Management is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Reports Preparation and Data Analysis. CRM/Sales Reporting Software experience preferred;
- Strong, proven business partnering mentality; has the maturity and awareness to strike the right balance between facilitating and challenging the business;
- Language skills: English at advanced/native level. Any additional major foreign language is a plus.
- Working conditions: Up to 30% travel required.

- Lead the execution of sales strategies for the Inside Sales Team in conjunction with the Channel Director, EMEA;
- Monitor and deliver optimal performance within the EMEA region, managing the day to day responsibilities and workload for all team members. Setup, implement and manage key operating, performance, and quality metrics to drive optimal results;
- Primary point of contact to help assist team members with questions and technical support;
- Conduct and assess employee performance, being responsible for the employees’ development and performance improvement. Build and lead a highly performing team, secure the best talent, develop and strengthen staff and future leaders, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback;
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert and lead the Inside Sales team Continuous Improvement initiatives by working on process improvements and coordinating the different project teams;
- Foster a positive and engaging environment that encourages teamwork and inspires performance;
- Determine training needs for the team and work closely Channel Regional managers, GBS L&D Lead and Head of Professional Services to see needs are addressed. Assist in training and mentoring of team;

- Promotes customer service, openness, teamwork, mutual trust, and respect;
- Use sales reporting tools to determine progress vs goals and access opportunities.
