SmartDreamers is the Internet-sized community that connects job seekers with employers. We don’t take sides: we enable companies to smartly match their needs with the right candidates and make candidates more visible to their potential employers.

Shortly put, we’re a bunch of fun, ass-kicking technology junkies, trying to make some dreams come true. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the customer development plan by coordinating input data from Marketing & PR, Sales and Recruitment team.
  • Define and follow the implementation of a business plan
  • Share with the clients a global view of SmartDreamers’s expertise through its offer portfolio
  • Integrates inputs and contributions from various stakeholders (customer, external suppliers, internal team);
  • Making customers` requirements analysis and marketing business development scheme 
  • Provides different reports according to customer requirements, responds to customer’s requests and adopts optimization / correction measures where he / she finds deviations from agreed standards.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the ongoing projects, promote projects process, coordinate with project execution team and solve related issues

Main requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in managing recruitment/marketing projects;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Significant customer relationship experience;
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, achieve ambitious goals and meet deadlines;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
