We are looking for a confident, experienced Call Centre Manager for a startup launching in March 2018. We are owned by The Richmond Group, a financial technology company with over 15 years experience in the UK.


Rapida launched in Poland just over a year ago and we have experienced extensive growth. We are now expanding our customer base and will launch in Romania in the coming months.


The right candidate will be a natural problem solver, will have excellent communication skills and be able to think and work independently. You should be able to lead and motivate a team. We are looking for someone who is able to see the bigger picture whilst also paying good attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Meet KPIs and SLAs set by the business
  • Coach and train staff
  • Visit the UK regularly for training and board meetings
  • Recruit new staff
  • Work with outsourcing companies to provide seamless customer service
  • We will be starting operations from the ground up so any experience of startups, recruitment and communicating with staff across Europe would be a bonus.
  • The successful candidate should speak and write fluent English, communicating with our staff on the ground in the UK will be a big part of the role.
