We are looking for a digital marketing hero to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams as a key advisor for digital and traditional marketing across the company. This position would lead our online lead generation efforts, including onsite SEO, external link-building, and PPC, in order to increase organic traffic and lead conversions for company websites and other channels. This post will play a pivotal role in helping to shape marketing strategy, grow our bottom line and build a holistic customer journey experience.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience or other related fields (B2B/B2C experience is plus).
- Good team management and coordination skill.
- Strong technical SEO skills as well as proven experience with external link-building.
- Ability to analyze data and monitor KPIs to drive strategy.
- Ability to make detailed, actionable recommendations to deliver tangible results.
- Ability to collaborate with web designers, web developers, graphic designers, photographers, video editors/animators, and content writers to execute on your recommendations.
- Experience managing SEO and lead generation strategies for multiple channels at once.
- Experience with SEO tools including Google Webmaster tools, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity of MS Office.
- Familiarity to DMPs.
- Experience with web designs, web languages and web platforms. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity to graphic and video editing programs.
- Willingness to learn new strategies and tactics.

- Strong understanding of current digital marketing best practices and trends in terms of sales and marketing operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies including concepting and copywriting on multiple campaigns and media channels that engage our audience toward lead generation and successful conversions.
- Manage the development of content for digital and traditional marketing, website, social media, blog, Paid search, digital video, audio, retargeting, newsletter, email marketing, remarketing for products and services.
- Lead on marketing tasks such as product merchandising, customer satisfaction analysis, sales programs, promotional materials, product and service presentation, printed and digital catalogs, flyers, etc.
- Measure, analyze and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on KPI’s.
- Continuously track, measure, test and optimize all digital marketing channels (including websites, email marketing campaigns, organic search, keywords, social media, etc.).
- Keeping up with new trends and technologies and recommendation of implementation / update / upgrade strategies for company’s websites, showrooms and marketing channels.
- Planning, managing others and execute objectives across different departments and teams. Working with development and design teams to manage task completion.
- Creating and maintaining collaborations with creative agencies, third party service and product suppliers (such as web designers, photographers, image/video editors, animators, graphic designers, advertising channels, etc.) to accomplish the marketing tasks.
- Develop the digital marketing strategy and operating plan directly supporting the B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
