We are recruiting 5 Customer Support Specialists with French for one of our clients, a worldwide service provider with offices around the world and a great expansion plan for the future.
The position is a mix between offering support by chat and mail and some back office activities. No Call Center activities.
Requirements
- Understand what does outstanding customer supportlook like and be ready to go the extra mile;
- Be always ready toput customers first, be passionate about helping others;
- Have excellent spoken and writtenFrench and English skills, any other language is a plus;
- Be passionate about new technologies.
What you'll be doing:
- Represent the companyin any French spoken market;
- Support will be offered mainly by chat and mail;
- Support all company's usersand help them get the most out of our apps;
- Contribute and share ideasto decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of the company's customer support;
- Be a key player in building a support teamin a challenging growth environment.
