About The Position
The Digital Analyst role will be supporting analysis needs for several accounts with the goal of building out our sphere of influence on these accounts. This analyst needs to have proven themselves in the analytics sphere by producing analysis that tells a data story that leads to data-driven decisions. The right person can deliver for product, marketing, and leadership teams by analyzing disparate data sources, visualizing data and producing analytics presentations that are impactful.
What you will do?
- Work with a client account team to identify reporting and analysis needs, define metrics and KPIs, solve business questions with data
- Create and manage a reporting/analysis rhythm and process for multiple clients
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and SQL to improve efficiency of analysis and report production
- Provide marketing, product, UX, and financial analysis from discovery to delivery stages which include gathering data, report creation, project management, and data presentation
- Work to not only create ‘content-rich’ reports but also ones that are insightful and present well

Requirements
- Experience working with both digital data and in an agency environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate data into meaningful information in a concise and effective manner
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Alteryx
- Ability to operate in a start-up environment where self-direction is necessary
- Bachelor’s degree or similar experience
- Located in Romania
- Willing to work remote
