We are a brand new fragrance company looking for a Customer Care Specialist for a full time, remote position. We are a US based company, with our main market being US and Canada, thus working hours start at 4PM - RO time.
The main responsibility of this position will be to assist our customers with any type of issues when using our products and services. We are looking for excellent communicators, who are able to establish trust with our customers and can successfully multitask - as we employ several communication channels with our employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat;
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or offer product recommendations and info;
- Monitor customer messages/complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance via private chat;
- Moderation of customer comments on social media - Facebook and Instagram;
- Use our internal CRM to log all the necessary information and solve incoming tickets.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar CS role
- English proficiency is a must
- Familiarity with beauty industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
