Job Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager with experience in web and mobile development.

• You have at least 2-3 years experience managing web and mobile projects
• You have managed teams of 2-4 people working on the same project
• You have managed 8-12 people simultaneously working on several projects at the same time with shifting needs and resource allocation
• You have worked with clients, turning their business requirements into actionable tasks
• You have monitored the activity of the team on a daily basis to make sure there are no bottlenecks
• You know how to mitigate risk and uncertainties when allocating tasks to the available programmers
• You can keep all project stakeholders up-to-date with reports on work completed and forecasts
• You are familiar with the Agile and Scrum methodology
• You know how to work in JIRA and other PM tools
• As most clients are outside Romania written and spoken English proficiency is a must

Also a PMP certification will be considered a big plus.

As a project manager you will be managing a growing team of 10+ programmers involved in several large and small projects in web and mobile development. You will also work closely with designers, system administrators and testers to assure final completion of the projects entrusted to you.

You will work within a group of young programmers, passionate about technology and gadgets. While we reward ingenuity and hard work, we also like to keep our hours flexible and try to adapt to everybody's needs. Even though wehave more than 15 years experience, we like to stay true to our startup roots and favor speed over structure, results over procedures.
