As a Sales Representative for Stryker you will promotes and sells portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
Key Activities & Accountabilities
- To promote and sale Stryker entire products portfolio in his/her area.
- Organize and set up presentations to existing and potential customers for all Stryker products.
- Assist the client in formulating the products request with regard to Stryker offer and available budget
- Identify solutions for various issues and problems in accordance with company’s integrity policy asking for the support of the Country Manager when necessary.
- Identify new sales opportunities by understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
- Participate in exhibitions and fairs attended by the company and provide product information, workshops, product demonstration to customers, if requested, locally/regional.
- Compiling data regarding sales and cash collecting forecasts.
- Formulate personal development requests to the Country Manager and capitalizes personal development opportunities offered by the company
- Work closely with Logistics department to ensure smooth flow of products deliveries, invoicing process, product return, etc.
- Being accountable and responsible of consignment inventory (stock of Stryker goods) for assigned accounts.
- Identify tenders and acquisitions opportunities and ensures favourable conditions to participate to them.
- Identify and elaborates contract proposals and follows the contracts according to their conditions.
Requirements
Education
- University Degree in Medical/Life Sciences Preferred
Experience
- Proven Sales Experience – minimum 3 years
- English language
- PC Literate
