For this job, experience really matters. So you need to have:
- awesome knowledge and previous experience in the online marketing industry (such as: Fashion, Travel, FMCG, IT&C, iGaming etc.)
- excellent writing skills in Romanian language, without any grammatical or spelling mistakes
- good English skills – both written and spoken
- technical skills in HTML, HTML editors, CSS, especially as it pertains to coding e-mails
- advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- hands-on work with all related e-mail tools (such as: Intercom, Bluecore, Movable Ink etc.)
- proven experience with some of the most important ESPs (such as: MailChimp, Optimove, AWeber, Drip, Interspire etc.)
- experience in creating diverse digital campaigns from strategy to creative idea and execution
- experience with analytics tools (such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.)
- an eye for any detail
- a very good team spirit

This is what you are going to do:
- come up with the e-mail marketing strategy based on the research findings
- lead, plan and executing the retention and loyalty automation plan for e-mail marketing campaigns across various products and platforms at different lifecycle stages
- provide direction on copy writing for daily e-mails including subject lines, headlines etc.
- collect relevant customer data, gain important insights from CRM campaigns and use these to improve customer lifetime value
- pull and segment data-driven lists based on customer details
- ensure that customer e-mailing lists are accurate
- develop a historical performance tracking document with all relevant KPIs (such as: CTR, OR, CPO, AOV etc.)
- constantly measure results through analytics tools and adjust content accordingly
- ongoing A/B/MVT testing and campaigns optimization
- minimize churn rate and improve re-activation campaigns
- always looking for ways of improving communication based on business results
