QualiTest group is looking for an In-house Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bucharest

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with management, both pro-actively and reactively, managing all recruitment requirements; from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management
  • Pro-actively identifying likely future needs, forecasting and resource planning with the practice sites;
  • Developing strong working relationships with all internal customers;
  • Processing a high volume of internal vacancies, ensuring all vacancies are advertised and marketed as appropriate, in order to attract the best talent in the industry;
  • Pre-screening candidates, ensuring they fit our people vision and values;
  • Focus on continually replenishing talent pools using traditional and social media techniques;
  • Adhering to our Recruitment Process, ensuring candidates have the correct compliance documentation in place.

What you bring to the team?

  • Previous experience of IT recruitment - Big PLUS
  • A genuine interest in Recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persuasive, with an ability to develop relationships quickly;
  • Able to manage and prioritise a high volume of vacancies;
  • Strong influencing and consulting skills;
  • Resourceful and resilient;
  • Previous experience of building talent pools and growing a candidate database, is a bonus
