💻 We’re Hiring: IT Support Specialist | Questfield International College
Questfield International College is looking for a proactive, reliable and solution-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team in Pipera–Voluntari, Ilfov.
Technology plays an important role in the day-to-day life of our school, and we are looking for someone who can ensure that our staff, students and school operations receive responsive and effective technical support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day IT support to staff and classrooms
- Installing, configuring and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and user-access issues
- Supporting classroom technology, interactive displays and audiovisual equipment
- Setting up accounts, devices and IT access for new employees
- Supporting the maintenance of the school’s network and IT infrastructure
- Managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment
- Ensuring devices and systems are appropriately maintained, updated and secure
- Providing timely and professional support to colleagues
- Working closely with the Operations and Leadership teams on IT requirements and improvements
- Following the school’s data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Technically confident with strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365 and common workplace IT systems
- Organised, responsive and able to prioritise effectively
- Patient and comfortable supporting colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge
- Able to communicate clearly in both Romanian and English
- Professional, trustworthy and service-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy school environment
Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, systems administration or a similar technical role would be an advantage. Experience within an educational environment is welcome but not essential.
