We are looking for motivated English and Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and provide inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.

If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and are looking for a stable career in customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Italian and English proficiency (C1 level)
• Good PC skills
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with 1–2 working Saturdays per month, depending on business needs
• Any worked Saturday is compensated with a day off during the week
• Sundays are always off

Available Shifts

• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, scheduled between 09: 30 and 22: 30

Training Schedule

10: 00 – 19: 00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)
