Responsibilities:
Following an internal training period within our teams, you will be responsible for handling implementation and enhancement requests related to our clients’ HR Information Systems (HRIS).
In this role, you will contribute to requirements analysis, perform system configuration and specific developments, and manage testing phases to ensure solution quality.
Role requirements:
- Contribute to both technical and functional analysis and validate technical solutions based on functional requirements.
- Conduct technical research based on client-defined scenarios and assumptions.
- Perform system configuration or specific developments according to client analysis documentation (covering both enhancements and maintenance requests).
- Execute unit testing to validate implemented solutions.
- Support the creation of documentation and deliver training sessions for new team members and/or our clients.
- Proactively suggest improvements to methodologies and contribute to the evolution of systems and processes.
