Job description:

  • Responsible for secretarial – reception activities and protocol;
  • Receives, records and delivers correspondence / internal documents;
  • Is responsible for monitoring company visitors (welcomes visitors, or even accompanies visitors at a designated meeting place);
  • Performs document multiplication, organizing and archiving operations;
  • Takes care of protocol activities and formulates requests for characteristic products to the Administrative Department;
  • Identifies and archives correspondence received from partners, clients and other employees;
  • Prepares employee expense as requested or indicated by management;
  • Edits documents and reports, as requested or indicated by management;
  • May serve as conveyor for company meetings;
  • Manages relations with courier companies, and ensures prompt delivery of various packages and correspondence;
  • Provides support to the Adrem team in Brasov in day-to-day activities and operations.

Skillset and abilities:

  • Better than average English language skills (written, spoken);
  • Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Experience with team communications, socialization and effective communication;
  • Analytical skills, and demonstrable experience with surveying and reporting;
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, deadline-driven, motivated, capable of multi-tasking and self-management;
  • Superior communication skills;
  • Driver’s license Cat. B;
