Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual with strong customer service skills and technical know-how. We're known for our amazing customer service and we need to be able to provide the same quality and timely service to our clients in US time zones.

You will work from home, Monday to Friday between 4PM and 12AM (EET)

It is not necessary to have extensive experience, but rather a dedication and willingness to learn and grow on the job.

Basic requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Very strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great customer service skills, communication skills, attention to detail
  • At least 1 year experience in a technical customer support role
  • Experience with standard PC - based software and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of web based applications, HTML, Javascript
  • Team player and positive attitude under workload pressure
  • A startup mentality to get things up and running quickly and a love of rapid, iterative customer orientated

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency in spoken English is considered an advantage [Cambridge / IELTS]
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system
  • Above average IT skills or simply being keen of technology are considered advantages

What will you do?

  • Provide customer care support through our support ticketing system
  • Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Reach out to new customers to improve client experience
  • Assist customers with account setup and configuration
  • Provide onboarding Skype sessions with clients on base functionality of our software
  • Update our existing helpdesk articles, create new knowledge base articles for our clients to use to get quick answers for using our system
