🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Immigration Consultant – Bucharest

📍 Full-time | Hybrid options available

We’re looking for a solution-driven, detail-oriented Senior Immigration Consultant who’s passionate about helping people navigate the immigration process and who wants to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review legal documentation for immigration procedures
• Liaise with public authorities and third-party partners (notaries, translators, etc.)
• Guide clients through applications and submissions
• Continuously review and enhance internal procedures and workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with legal standards.
• Represented clients in dealings with Romanian public institutions, including immigration authorities, labor offices, and consulates.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and ensure client invoicing is accurate and aligned with the services provided.
• Actively participate in improving internal practices and service quality, identifying opportunities for operational excellence.
• Keep clear, structured records of each case

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in immigration consultancy, legal services, or related sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Romanian immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; Romanian and other languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with document preparation, legal drafting, and case management tools.
• Previous experience working with Romanian government institutions or legal firms in immigration.
• Understanding of corporate relocation, expatriate support, and international mobility services.
