We have an opportunity for a passionate individual looking to join a start-up, making a real difference in the e-commerce world. In this role, you will help our customers obtain all suitable information needed, in order to use our tool successfully. You will work towards individual monthly and annual targets and be in direct contact with online shop owners across the world! 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting all the clients that sign-up to our free trial, in order to make sure that they start the campaigns as soon as possible
  • Test the integration with the e-commerce stores and make sure the product fits their needs
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with them through their trial and assuring that everything is set up correctly in their accounts
  • Work alongside Marketing and Sales department to maintain customer growth
  • Keep high conversion rate from free trials to paid accounts and mantain low churn rates
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff

Requirements:

  • English is a MUST
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or Saas platforms is highly appreciated 
  • Previous experience in E-mail Marketing
  • Analytical thinking to identify the best solutions for our clients
  • Out-of-the box thinking and familiarity with other CRM tools or platforms like Intercom, Kanban, Trello, Salesforce etc.
