We are looking for a high-performing Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth for our standalone software products. As a core member of our growth team, you will be in charge of defining the go-to-market strategy towards multiple customer segments. The ideal candidate will have deep domain experience in digital marketing with various paid platforms, tools, and ad technologies, as well as previous experience in sales and customer support. You will conceive, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive the overall customer growth. The team will be supporting you in implementing the campaigns, under your guidance and project management. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will bring creative thinking to all marketing and sales campaign planning. This is a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial position that will require you to assume a number of different roles.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth 
  • Drives sales pipelines from prospecting leads to successful closing 
  • Organize sales demos, meetings, calls directly with potential customers 
  • Establish new partnerships and distribution channels in global markets 
  • Lead marketing and sales campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting 
  • Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy 
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance

Required skills 

  • 3+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing. B2B sales and startup experience preferred 
  • Experience with online tools like Google Docs, Hubspot, etc. 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 
  • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up 
  • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels 
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done 
  • Humility and eagerness to learn and grow 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
