In partnership with Ringier, the leading media company in Romania, we are currently expanding our business to Romania and we are looking for a Digital Account manager who will play a key role in building client relationships and developing our business.


The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for selling digital advertising campaigns to key retailers and agencies for Prospecto group’s website – ofertolino.ro. Day to day responsibilities will center on finding leads, closing deals and nurturing strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a high-level strategy and tactics for closing new accounts that meets our yearly revenue expectations
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with Prospecto group HQ and Ringier teams on meeting customer objectives and closing deals.
  • Provide accurate and ongoing business projections and results
  • Be Prospecto group’s face in Romania – visiting events, meeting with agencies, retailers, ecommerce sellers and other potential customers.

Job requirements: 

  • 2+ years of digital advertising/media sales experience (digital sales experience is a must)
  • Fast execution of tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation & leadership skills
  • A pro-active, positive, and self-directed attitude.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable selling to both retailers and agencies
  • Ability to work towards targets

You will be welcomed to our HQ office in Sofia for a week-long training before starting the operations in your market. After that, continuous support will be provided through weekly meetings, proven templates, coaching and mentoring from HQ employees and the CEO of Prospecto.
