You will be entrusted on our Vezeeta Employer Brand

You are the marketing manager of the people team, your target market is the world's population of top MBA graduates, Silicon Valley standards of candidates and your location is the Middle East. You will work with international universities, graduate institutes, startup and ventures labs to increase the brand awareness across the international labor market. You will be assigned the ongoing quest to discover talent, contribute to the strength of our employer brand and ensure great relationship with candidates and other stakeholders.

You will reinvent the Hiring Process

The agility requested from the employees requires management consulting standard of strategy and general manager capacity for execution. The hiring process will expand in time but will only pass the top of class candidates to become our employees.

You will reset the industry standard

You are changing the definition of what is working for startups in the Middle East in a time frame of 12 months. 

You’re going to need this to carry out this job:

  • 5+ years of experience in a global talent acquisition position
  • Bachelor’s Degree and preferably MBA
  • You will work with local and regional teams, your ability to communicate in English is essential, and French is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator and easy to partner with
  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform strategically and tactically in fast-paced environment.
